Referral Program Rules

These rules are an additional agreement for Ongati's optional referral program and form part of the Ongati Terms & Conditions.
Reward eligibility
- The reward is USD $10 for a genuinely new business that uses the referrer's code and completes its first verified qualifying paid Solo or Growth subscription, monthly or annual.
- Free accounts, trials, complimentary access, replacement subscriptions, renewals, reactivations, and an existing business's later subscriptions do not qualify.
- One qualifying reward is available per new business and payment identity. Self-referrals, related or duplicate accounts, duplicate payment identities, recycled payment identities, misleading attribution, and other abuse are ineligible.
Review, reversals, and payment
- Ongati verifies eligibility and may hold or deny a reward while reviewing fraud, duplicate identity, refunds, disputes, or incomplete subscription records.
- A refund, dispute, reversal, or later discovery of ineligibility can void an unpaid reward. If discovered after payment, Ongati may record and recover the resulting amount where permitted by law.
- Eligible rewards are paid outside the Ongati Wallet through a verified Stripe transfer to the connected account bound to the referral profile. They are not instant, withdrawable in Ongati, or Communication Wallet credit.
- The recipient is responsible for accurate payout information, completing Stripe account requirements, and any tax reporting or obligations that apply to the reward. Reversed Stripe transfers remain subject to review and are not automatically reissued.
Program changes
Ongati may suspend or end the program, or update these rules, for future referrals. A reward already earned under an earlier published version remains subject to that version and applicable law.
